HiTitans SARL (“HiTitans”, “we”) builds software systems for businesses across Lebanon and the GCC. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or contact us, why, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

Information you give us — such as your name, company, role, market, email, optional WhatsApp number, and the details you share through the Scorecard or a Discovery request.

Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as device and usage data, used to keep the site secure and working.

02How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, send results you asked for, schedule a Fit Check or Discovery, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, email or scheduling tools), under appropriate confidentiality terms.

03Your code and project data

Work produced in a paid engagement — including source code and related materials — is owned by you, as set out in your engagement agreement. Repositories and project data are kept private.

04Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

05Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing support@hititans.com or calling +961 81 699 991.

06Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business and the law evolve. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
