What needed solving.
ActiveMile is a marketplace for sports and outdoor gear in the UAE, with a twist. The app reads your activity from HealthKit, turns the calories you burn into ActiveMiles, and lets you spend them at checkout. Shopping, a loyalty scheme tied to real movement, an events guide and a community feed, all in one app that has to feel effortless.

How it runs today.
A shopper trains, opens the app, watches the balance move, and buys the next pair of shoes with it. The loyalty loop is the product, so it has to be right every single time, and it's watched that closely.
