What needed solving.
Athletique sells women's activewear in Lebanon, priced in dollars, to customers who mostly find them on Instagram. They needed a store that was fast to run and didn't need an engineer on call, with collections that made sense to a shopper rather than to a warehouse. Shopify was the right call here, and part of the job was knowing that.
