01 · The situation

What needed solving.

A marketplace isn't one product. It is the thing the customer sees, and then it is the vendor trying to update a price at eleven at night, the rider who needs to know where he is going next, and the person in the office who has to see all of it at once. Most platforms build the customer side well and leave everyone else with a spreadsheet. Casadirari needed all three sides done properly, for Oman, from the start.

02 · What we built

The system underneath.

One backend and three surfaces, each built for the person holding it.

  • A delivery rider app for the people actually carrying the orders
  • A vendor portal where each seller manages their own catalogue and orders
  • An admin back office that sees across every vendor, order and rider
  • The shared data underneath, so a change in one surface shows up in the others without anyone retyping it
03 · What it's like now

How it runs today.

A vendor in Muscat updates stock in the portal, a customer orders, the rider sees it in his app, and the office watches the whole thing move without a single WhatsApp group in the loop. Three apps, one version of the truth.
