Kunuuz

01 · The problem

What needed solving.

Buying and selling new and used goods in the Kingdom was scattered across chat apps and classifieds — no trust layer, no structured payments, and nothing built Arabic-first for it.

02 · Diagnosis

How we scoped it.

Kunuuz needed more than a storefront. It needed a marketplace system: vendor onboarding, auctions and offers, a ratings and trust layer, and a payment flow tuned to Saudi rails — all Arabic-first.

03 · What we built

The system underneath.

We built the marketplace as an operational system across web and iOS — not just a catalog.

  • Multi-vendor marketplace with vendor onboarding
  • Auctions and make-an-offer flows
  • Real-time buyer–seller chat, ratings & reviews
  • Secure payments via Mada and STC Pay
  • Arabic / English with full RTL
  • Snapchat & Meta ads plus Google Analytics instrumentation

04 · Outcome

Measured results, being confirmed.

Outcome pending

We don’t publish numbers we haven’t confirmed. Verified outcome metrics for Kunuuz will be added here once cleared with the client.

05 · Ongoing

What we keep doing.

Ongoing support and iteration across the web and iOS surfaces as the vendor base grows.

HiTitans approached the work like a business system, not just a storefront. They understood Arabic UX, payment flow, and the operational side behind the launch.
