What needed solving.
Booking a salon in Lebanon usually means a phone call, a wait, and a second phone call when the first slot doesn't work. Salons run on WhatsApp and a paper diary. Customers find them through a friend or an Instagram post, and there is nowhere to compare services and simply book. Mawaadi wanted to be that place, on both phones, with the salon side and the customer side talking to the same system.

How it runs today.
Someone in Tripoli or Jounieh opens the app, finds a salon nearby, picks the service, picks a time and books it. No phone tag. Salons pick up bookings they would never have had from people scrolling on a Sunday evening. Mawaadi calls itself the place to discover and book salons across Lebanon, and the app is built to earn that line.
